How to prolong your life without illness?

I inherited a blood disease called hyperlipidaemia from my mother who died at 38 years old when I was 10 years old. Many of my siblings also died below 50 years old.

In 1983 I had heart attack when I was 50 years old, I had a heart bypass operation in Harley Street Clinic in London. At that time, Mayo Clinic, USA just invented the heart-lung machine which takes over your heart and lung during heart bypass surgery. Currently, you can have a heart bypass surgery done even in Ipoh.

After my heart bypass surgery, my cardiologist, heart physician said that soon my heart would be blocked and I would die because it was not possible for me to undergo another heart bypass operation. The only way to prolong my life is to avoid eating fatty foods and eat more fruits and vegetables.

When I get up in the morning, I drink 2 glasses of water and I eat half a pineapple and I do not eat anything until lunch time. Our intestine is 27 feet long. The water washes the intestine and the pineapple fibre brushes the intestine wall. As a result, I do not have any constipation at all which is most important to get all the shit out of my body as soon as possible.

Like any fruit or vegetable, the pineapple has a lot of medicinal value. When I eat pineapple every morning, it is like I am taking some medicine to cure or avoid any disease. Through the day, I drink more water than I actually require. So, I have to pee quite often to clean my urinary tract.

American Heart Association Recommendations for Physical Activity

Being physically active is important to prevent heart disease and stroke, the nation’s number one killers. To improve overall cardiovascular health, we suggest at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week or about 12 minutes per day of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity).

As I use the computer about 8 hours a day, I stand up and walk about almost every hour to improve my blood circulation.

I also take 20 mg of vytorin ( Satin drug) after my dinner to prevent my liver from producing too much cholesterol because I have hyperlipidaemia. In addition, I take an aspirin every day to thin my blood.

I am nearly 86 years old and I do not have any sickness in the last 20 or 30 years as far as I can remember. Although this sounds boastful, my wife can bear witness.

You may read more about your digestive system:

What is the importance of the digestive system?

Digestion is important for breaking down food into nutrients, which the body uses for energy, growth, and cell repair. Food and drink must be changed into smaller molecules of nutrients before the blood absorbs them and carries them to cells throughout the body.

Why do we need the digestive system to survive?

The digestive system converts the foods we eat into their simplest forms, like glucose (sugars), amino acids (that make up protein) or fatty acids (that make up fats). The broken-down food is then absorbed into the bloodstream from the small intestine and the nutrients are carried to each cell in the body.

The digestive tract takes both liquids and food and breaks them down into single molecules that can be absorbed by cells in the small intestine. These cells transport the molecules into the blood stream so that other cells in the body can use them.

What would happen if we did not have a digestive system?

We need nutrients, such as vitamins and proteins to carry out functions. … The food we eat is our fuel and if we eat the wrong “fuel”, such as chips, donuts, and other excessive sugars and bad carbohydrates, our digestive system doesn’t have the right nutrients to absorb back into our bodies.
