How to protect yourself from Covid 19?

As you see from the table, Covid 19 cases are increasing at an alarming rate in every country around the world, especially in USA. Fortunately, we have relatedly fewer cases in Malaysia. Currently we have 3,483 cases and 57 deaths.
A high-power video camera shows that when a person with Coronavirus coughs or sneezes, he throws out thousands of droplets into the atmosphere. The bigger ones will drop onto the ground almost immediately, but the small ones will remain in the air for about 20 minutes.
The best thing to do is to stay indoors. If you have to go out, you must wear a face mask and distance yourself about 1 meter from another person. If you don’t have a face mask, you should at least use a handkerchief to cover your nose and mouth when you go out of your house.
You can protect yourself and help prevent spreading the virus to others if you:
Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub
Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze
Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell.
Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell. Don’t touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean.
